Resolutions and Notes (unanimously agreed, unless otherwise noted):
51.01 New WG8 Secretary
WG8 welcomed the new Secretary of WG8, Mr. Andreas Lamm, DIN, Germany, via conference call. Mr. Lamm has started the secretariat tasks from 1st January 2012.
Convener and Secretary have decided to allow a migration period until end of June 2012, in which WG8 members are requested to register their membership with their related NBs, unless done so already. During the migration period WG8 members will get notice about newly posted WG8 and TF2 documents in the usual way like in the past. Also the retrieval of documents from the current WG8 website will remain possible during that period. WG8 members may additionally receive messages from the WG8 Secretary, e.g. for further guidances and notices. For testing purpose he will also post WG8 and TF2 documents onto the DIN Livelink system during that period, so that WG8 members have sufficient time for getting familiar with the facilities of the new WG8 secretariat.
From 1st of July 2012 on, the usual WG8 messages will be sent out by Mr. Lamm. New documents will only get available via the new WG8 document server, i.e. the DIN Livelink system. The current (old) WG8 website will remain available further on for reference purpose, but will not anymore be updated.
51.02 Thanking the former WG8 Secretary
