· Define the best industrial plan to prepare the Just In Time plant “Sotexo” to start the next seats manufacturing for the new Megane Scenic, Coupé Cabriolet and Espace. Sotexo is part of the FAURECIA group and is delivering complete seats to the customer Renault in Douai, France.
· Manage the industrial plan: 14.000 m² of production and logistics were changed for 15 months.
· Achieved budget reduction; 0 ppm client, 0 miss deliveries at all 4 main restarts of production.
· Mission for 6 months for the new Faurecia activities in Buenos Aires, Argentina, supporting and training the new employees, developing the function Production Manufacturing Leader.
SOTEXO, Brebières, France. Production System Efficiency Coordinator, Apr. 2005 – June 2007
· Actively deployed the best practices, set them as new standards in the plant.
· Structured the industrial culture of the firm, to align all units and personnel share a same vision of continuous improvement, in regards of lean manufacturing, employee empowerment, quality and health safety and environment, through team work and shopfloor animations.
· Significant improvements in flexibility, reactivity and autonomy of labour resources: heavy process improvements, increase of references diversity, quick responses for problems solving.
· Achieved 23% headcount reduction in the year 2006 in a critical social environment.
FAURECIA INTERIOR SYSTEM, customer division VW group, in Emden, Meerane and Scheuerfeld, Germany. Production System Efficiency Coordinator, for the 3 german Just In Time plants of the customer division, Jul. 2002 – Mar. 2005.
