OCTOBER 7, 2017
President Davison, Mo, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the Members in the Pledge of Allegiance. John Kluck reported there were 18 new members and 6 current members that renewed their dues bringing the total membership to 942. Mo invited the new members to stay after the regular meeting and he would give them information about the club and answer any questions they may have.
Mo thanked the members for their concern and well wishes while he was ill. He also recognized former web master Bob Seguin who was able to attend this months meeting!
Under announcements Mo shared the following; Captain Charlie Harris will not be booking any trips until further notice due to illness and Captain Dan Shannon notified the club that he will book his own trips and will no longer be booking through the club.
Also Mo met with Paradise and requested a larger room for meetings. The current meeting room is becoming crowded and the seasonal residents are not even here yet so we will see what the Rec. Center says?

Treasurer Steve Newman gave the financial report. He noted that the bank statements are now month to month vs what they had historically been, which was from around the 15th of the month to the 15th of the following month, making financial reporting a challenge. Steve also noted that he corrected the actual balance on the monthly report after a human error was discovered in the reporting from a prior Treasurer.
Steve also handled the 100% raffle with the following winners; Myles McVander, Ed Mills, Celso Melo, Jaye Wolfe, Roger Kennell, Dick Jeffer, Lynn Hilbert, Shirley Wolfe, and David Styron.
Next meeting Saturday November 4, 2017.
Meeting adjourned 9:32 am.
