The HAL is also listed in the Organisation Details section of ETSWAP and can be accessed by clicking on the HAL link. The 2017 activity level for each sub-installation (calculated using a similar methodology to baseline calculations) should be available on-site in accordance with the Procedure agreed with the EPA in section 12 of your Monitoring Plan.
