2011 –Present Design Director of Print and Graphics, One Jeanswear Group.

·  Manage the Graphic/Print development for the current and past brands at One Jeanswear Group: Nine West, V.A.B Vintage America Blues, William Rast, L.E.I., Energie, True Freedom, Jessica Simpson, GLO, Robert Rodriguez and kIIND OF.

·  Managed a staff of 8 graphic/cad designers along with a freelancer.

·  Managing the graphic design process by making decisions and recommendations to our management staff on design objectives and graphic strategies. Evaluate and recommend the most suitable design resource and actively participate in each creative phase regarding design direction and compliance to brand objectives.

·  Collaborate with design directors on a seasonal basis to present a consistent and cohesive brand presentation for our monthly sales market. This would consit of overseeing the designing of look books, presentation boards, showroom signage, catalogs and local sample printing.

·  Ensure graphics timeline tasks are completed on time and in a efficient and effective manner.

·  Provide a resource of artwork archives for various vendors consisting of electronic and digital files, color cards and sample references.

·  Develop graphics budget estimates for inclusion into the annual Brand plan financials.

·  Develop specific project cost estimates, negotiate pricing, and monitor expenditures on all domestic print projects. Recommend potential cost savings options.

·  Ensure clear communication of direction, priorities, and timelines between Design, Merchandising and Production Departments.

·  Work closely with foreign & Domestic factories/printers to achieve consistency of product appearance on all designated brands.

·  Oversee local digital printing process, pricing and schedules.

·  International travel experience, travel to Guatemala, Honduras, India to work directly with factories on product development.

·  Travel abroad to Europe and Asia to shop trends and present market research to design and sales departments. Countries include: London, Korea and Japan.
