IMPORTANT: This application is valid for a period of 60 days from the date it was originally completed. Should your circumstances change to a material extent before the expiration of this period, please contact us so we can review your position.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We set out below our key guidelines, fees and charges associated with a loan application for borrowers on the ThinCats Australia Platform.
Loan Application:
Complete the application in full and in particular, provide all of the supporting documentation as detailed in Appendix 2 - Documentation Checklist, Table “A”, at the end of this form. The other information in Table “B” can follow at a later stage of the application process.
Loan Listing on Platform:
Once we have evaluated the application and supporting documentation and if the loan is eligible for listing, we will prepare an Information Memorandum ("IM") on your behalf which will need to be approved by you prior to listing of the loan.
The “approved” IM together with any relevant documents will be placed on our platform for a period generally from 1-3 weeks ("listing period") till the loan is funded.
Loan Execution and Disbursement:
Following completion of the listing period, if the loan is fully funded or a lesser amount is acceptable to you, we will then instruct our lawyers to prepare loan and security documentation and forward them to you or your lawyers. Once the loan documents are executed by the borrower and verified by our lawyers, we will arrange to transfer the funds (less expenses due) to your nominated bank account within one business day.
Fees:
The following fees are due and payable in accordance with the times as set out below:
(i) Application Fee: 2% on the loan amount capped at $20,000 (payable before we commence preparation of the IM).
(ii) Listing Fee: the greater of $1,000 or 0.50% on the loan amount capped at $2,500 (payable before we list the loan on the ThinCats platform). In certain circumstances we may be prepared to accept part of this fee at application and the rest at settlement
(iii) Arrangement Fee: 2.0% on the loan amount (payable at or prior to settlement of the loan).
(iv) Legal Fees and Stamp Duty: as per external lawyer’s invoice (payable at or prior to settlement of the loan).
(v) Monthly Loan Administration Fee: 0.50% p.a. of the monthly loan balance (included as part of the monthly loan repayment).
All of the fees referred to above are subject to GST.

Part 5: Privacy Disclosure Statement and Consent
Unless you advise us otherwise we may disclose your information to other organisations to fulfill the purposes identified (or purposes related to those purposes) in this loan application. We may also disclose your information to any person who is acting on your behalf, with your legal authority or who is purporting to act with your legal authority.
In addition we may disclose your personal information to any other organisation that you may wish to, or has acquired, an interest in your loan or in our business.
We may also contact various organisations that have information about you and your associated companies, so as to obtain the information we need to provide our services. The types of organisations we may contact to obtain such information from, include but are not limited to:
· Banks and other Lenders
· Credit reporting agencies, such as Veda Advantage, Dun & Bradstreet
· Government organisations as required by law
· Other organisations that assist us, such as, lawyers, debt collection agencies, and accountants.
· Your appointed advisors, such as lawyers, accountant, real estate agent, or any other person/s acting on your behalf.
You authorise these organisations to release to us any information we may request. You appoint us as your agent to obtain a copy of your Commercial & Personal Credit Information Report for you as individuals and any companies, trusts, trading names, registered names or related entities of which you are either an owner, trustee or director. This authority only applies to enquiries made by us in connection with your application, or proposed application, for credit or you having sought advice relating to your existing credit.
You may gain access to the information we hold about you by contacting us via email. We will hold the information securely and may destroy our records in accordance with established industry document retention practices or as required by law.

We have simplified the collection of bank statements by using an external service provider BankStatements.com.au. To use this functionality:
(1) click https://www.bankstatements.com.au/r/b/THNC
(2) Agree to the user terms and conditions after reading them and clicking on the Start button.
(3) Select your bank by clicking on their logo or entering the bank name.
(4) Enter your internet banking credentials and you will be presented with a full list of accounts linked to your credentials. The credentials are not stored by the system.
(5) Deselect your personal accounts by unticking them and ensure only the business accounts are selected i.e. only the business account boxes are ticked.
(6) Click ‘Send’ and wait until the ‘loading’ is completed and then exit the web page.
(7) We will receive the selected bank statements directly from the service provider.
