Plant Manager / Warehouse Manager-Directed production assembly operations of various Product lines in a Lean Manufacturing environment. Managed the Warehouse, Inventory Control and Shipping, with a continuous quality improvement program.

  • Supervised twenty five or more people in the production assembly and warehouse departments.
  • Worked in conjunction with engineering in product development and quality improvement in

our current product line.

  • Increased production assembly of water filtration units by two and a half times the standard output.
  • Created new production assembly lines for various products, by reorganizing the production area in a productive and efficient manner.
  • Implemented a new quality program based on Dr. Deming’s philosophy of continuous improvement.
  • Closed the production facility in Bensalem, Pa and reopened a new production facility in Juarez, Mexico.
