How to Retrieve Your Check Stubs and W-2 Form from https://workforce.expresspros.com.

Before you begin, you will need three numbers:

-  Your Social Security Number

-  The four-digit number for the Express office that employed you, and

-  Your Individual Control Number (ICN) created by the Express office that employed you.

The four-digit office number and ICN may be obtained from your Express office. They are also displayed on any pay stub you may possess.

Go to the Internet and open the site https://workforce.expresspros.com. You will see this:

If you have created an application with Express and your account is still active, you may log in by entering your current information in the “username” and “password” fields in the far upper right corner. Then click “Log In.”

If you do not have a currently active account, go ahead and complete the fields under “Create a New Account.”

Then click the box that says “Register.” (If the screen simply returns to ‘Create a New Account,’ it means the username you chose is already taken.)

Once you successfully create a unique username and account information, you will see this screen.

Go to your email and locate the email notification with the link. You may need to check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder if your system moved it there.

The subject line will read, “Activate your Express Workforce account.” Click on the link:

Clicking on the link or copying and pasting it into a browser should take you here:

You have successfully created an account and are now ready to link the account to your payroll information. Click on the box that says “Checks” in the upper right corner and you will be taken here:

Now you will enter the three numbers you have.

The first box will contain the four-digit code for the Express office that hired you. The second box will contain your Individual Control Number (ICN) created by that same office. The ICN may be any length; it will not necessarily be exactly 6 digits as shown in this example.

Be sure to enter your Social Security Number without any dashes. Then click the button that says “Link Your Account.”

When you successfully link your account information, it will offer you your pay stub and tax document data. Clicking on ‘Checks’ will take you to pay stubs, and clicking on ‘W2’ will take you to your tax documents.
