BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR'S AGENDA/REPORT

Administration & Finance:

  1. Notification of an increase in the annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocation for program year 2010 for a new amount of $248,332. This marks an increase of $17,666 over 2009’s allocation.

Public Works:

  1. Authorization to execute an agreement with the Middlesex County Improvement Authority for Recycling Collection and Marketing Services for the period April 5, 2010 to April 4, 2015. The cost of the services is at 19% discount from the prior contract.
  1. Request from resident for Borough consideration to vacate property located at Lot 46, Block 457.
