The purpose of this one-day conference is to introduce, demonstrate and provide to librarians, educators, and patrons instruction on how adaptive technology meets the information needs of persons with visual or physical impairments via the Internet, online catalogs and electronic media.
Keynote Speaker
Larry Lewis, President of Flying Blind, will
discuss adaptive technology applications in the workplace environment, including Cloud Computing.
Break-out Sessions
Attend up to 3 sessions from an array of topics including Amazon Echo vs Google Home, NVDA free open source screen reader, Android OS, Apple iOS, screen enlargement, Google products, and more!

From Detroit: Take M-10 to 696 W toward Lansing. Merge onto I-96 W. Take exit 106B for 496 following signs for downtown Lansing. Take exit 4 at Lansing Road. Continue to W. Mt. Hope Hwy. and turn right. At Snow Road turn right. Turn left onto Cornerstone Dr.
From Grand Rapids: Take I-96 E to exit 95 at I-496 E. Take exit 1 at Creyts Road and turn right. At W Mt. Hope Hwy. turn left. At Sanders Road turn left. At Cornerstone Drive turn right.
From Battle Creek: Take I-69 N to Exit 70 and merge onto Lansing Road North. At Creyts Road turn left. At W Mt. Hope Hwy. turn right. At Sanders Rd. turn left. At Cornerstone Drive turn right.
