a)Automatic sliding door system shall be Kaba SLMlow-noise and low-energy consumptionsystem; comply with the requirement DIN 18650 and is verified by TüV or equivalent system.

b)Automatic sliding door system shall incorporate the following features:

  1. The maximum driving power (static) is equal to 150N
  2. To be built-in microprocessor control to have automatic self-diagnostic feature and self-monitor the operating sequences.
  3. The control shall allow adjusting the opening & closing speed (0.3 – 0.7s) and hold-open time (0 – 30s).
  4. The system shall have auto-reverse safety mechanism
  5. The system shall be low-energy consumption (<100W)
  6. The system shall be come with track with special coating – to ensure the quiet and smooth operation
  7. The system shall come with activating sensor and safety sensor on both side of the door(Please select the appropriate option as below)

-Option 1: Active 8 sensor or equivalent – all-in-one sensor, including activating and safety function

-Option 2:Eagle 8 (or Magic Switch or Push plate or equivalent) as activating sensor and Crystal Presence (or Microcell or equivalent) as safety sensor

  1. Automatic sliding door system is to be approved by the Architect as being of equal quality

Particular Specification:

The automatic sliding door system unit shall

a)be operated electro-mechanical designand closing force is equal to or small than 150N

b)be small in size with cross-section 200mm height x 165mm depth

c)be capable of operating doors of weight up to 150kg

The automatic sliding door system shall comply with the codes and standards, or internationally equivalent standards:

a)German standard DIN 18650-1 and 18650-2 with verified by recognized third party, such as TüV Nord

Complete System Requirement

a)Automatic Sliding Door System

i)Drive unit (ANTE)

To be powerful system with its high-performance crown-gear transmission operates even heavy-duty weight doors with smooth, reliable and efficiency. In addition, the drive unit shall be low power consumption (< 100W). (Protection rating IP 23)

ii)Control unit (KLESE)

To be built-in microprocessor control to have automatic self-diagnostic feature and self-monitor the operating sequences. The control shall allow adjusting the opening & closing speed and hold-open time (0 – 30s).

iii)Control Panel (BEDIS)

The surface mounted operator is to be connected to the Control unit for the door operation. It is equipped with the following functions.

Manual Operation / The door panel is at a standstill. The door wings are released and can be moved by hand
Open / The door panel opens and remains in the open position
Automatic (summer) / The door panel is not locked. All the control elements are active
Automatic (winter) / The door panel is not locked. All the control elements are active, but the opening width is reduced
Exit / One-way traffic. The door panel is locked. The outside control element operates only as a secondary operating element
Night / The door panel is locked. Only the key-operated switch (key) is accepted as a valid opening element. The inside control element operates as a secondary operating element

iv)Guideway Profile S (Track)

To be made of aluminum with special surface coating to ensure the smooth and low noise operation.
