Sign Up Wizard
1. Always go thru getting started guide and have them check off on all the “I wills” and sell them a major event ticket along with a local ticket if applicable.
2. Before starting delete all cookies and cache on your computer.
3. Make sure you have the placement ID and side 002 or 003, Left or Right before you get started.
4. Make sure the new person has a valid email. If not get them one on your website by registering them as a preferred customer and go now mail.
5. Go to unfranchise.com of the sponsoring distributor and click on Sign Up Wizard.
6. Click on New Distributor. USA or Canada
7. If you are stopped or kicked out for any reason like timing out then log back into your unfranchise account. Click Sign Up Wizard, then click down arrow by New Distributor and the distributor that you are signing in should appear and you should click on their name and click continue.
8. Indicate whether this application is an Individual or Partnership. The only time you will enter a company name is if the company name listed is a partnership or corporation that contains all legal documents, shareholders, articles of Incorporation and EIN Number. After entering a corp. you need to submit the proper documents to Corporate Market America.
9. Put EIN or SSN in the space provided. Never, Ever let someone sign the contract using the same Phone, address, email, SS#, fax, or any other info on the sign up application, because it will get red flagged as the same household rule and the new distributor will get a trans-o-gram asking for documents to support who lives where. Example is Drivers license and utility bills, bank statements or credit card statements with their mailing address on them. Not fun for someone new.
10. If you are signing up someone who lives at the same address as someone else you must get prior written approval from Market America and they will not count towards activation for the sponsoring distributor.
11. Follow all prompts throughout process and always click continue. UFMS is our online “Accountant” which costs $20 a month to track your business!
12. On Transfer Buy make sure you are calculating their Q-date as the Friday following the contract/start date… Try to start TB on Month 2 of the first quarter grace period.
13. Fill out every page and click continue until complete.
14. After complete have them check their email account to receive their Rep ID and password so you can log them onto their new account at unfranchise.com. Log in and have them verify anything that pops up on the center of the page.
15. Now go to My Account and select BV/IBV options and have them select their ID for placements until activated. IBV designate their 001 as the paying center.
16. Now you can go to Other Services and Web Portal to set up their Domain name – if they are ready to name it. If not still show them where to go to name it.
