THE TOWN COUNCIL FOR THE TOWN OF DISH, TEXAS WILL CONDUCT A REGULAR MEETING ON MONDAY, JUNE 13, 2011 AT 7:00 P.M. AT DISHTOWN HALL, 5413 TIM DONALD ROAD, DISH, TEXAS.
REGULAR MEETING
1.Call to order.
2.Pledge of Allegiance and Honor the Texas Flag.
3.Roll Call
4. Public Comment.
The council will hear public comment related to both agenda and non-agenda items. Only citizens who have signed the applicable sign-in sheet will be permitted to address the council, and each such person will be permitted to address the council only once. Each citizen will be permitted to speak for two minutes. Individuals will be called in the order that their names appear on the sign-in sheet.
Under the laws of the State of Texas, the council is not permitted to discuss non-agenda items. The council is only permitted to recite statements of fact and city policies; no discussion ispermitted.
ACTION ITEMS
5. Discussion of enrolling the Town of DISH into the National Flood Insurance Program.
6. Discussion and any action necessary to approve Resolution 11-03, a resolution to entering a Interlocal Participation Agreement withthe Local Government Purchasing Cooperative.
7.Consideration and any action necessary to approve Resolution 11-04, a resolution that will allow Justin State Bank to remove former Mayor Calvin Tillman as a signer on the bank accounts and add newely elected Commissioner Wester Draper.
8.Consideration and any action necessary to approve May 9, 2011 and May 24, 2011 minutes.
9.Monthly Financial Report.
10. Adjourned.
