Role Title / Central Admin Team Intern
Role Description / As our Central Admin Team Intern you will take responsibility for supporting the team with administrative processes in regards to reception cover, invoice preparation, organising outgoing post and couriers, scanning and filing. You will be working with various members of staff across the team and will gain a good insight into the workplace as well as administration processes and the workings of a charity.
You will have the opportunity to develop excellent customer service skills, and will require a confident telephone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft packages. You will work as part of a supportive team, but will also require the ability to work independently and have the confidence to work from your own initiative or with others to deliver work timely.
Skills and Experience needed / The successful intern will need to go through a DBS check before they can start this position.

  • IT literate. Especially use of Microsoft Excel, and an ability to work with spreadsheets
