Prof. Dvir joined the Veterinary Faculty in November 2006. His major clinical interest and teaching field is Small Animal Gastroenterology. He was a clinical assistant at Onderstepoort between 1997 and 2001. In between the two periods at Onderstepoort he worked as a senior researcher and a laboratory head in an innovative biopharmaceutical company called D-Pharm, where he gained substantial research experience.
