CHECKLIST (Lab7)

POINTS TO NOTE:

• You have to get this signed by your Instructor/TA before you leave the lab.
• This sheet has to be placed in your notebook when you turn it in for grading.
• The penalty for not getting it signed is 10 points off your notebook grade, which is 20% of the notebook grade (50 points).
• The only way to get any of these points back is to make sure that you do not repeat it, in which case you would be given 5 bonus points at the end of the quarter.
• To make this process easier make sure that you assign this responsibility to one of your team members.
• This person would have to ensure that either the instructor or teaching assistant signs this document before they leave the lab.
• Note: All the team members would be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.
