Sponsor Opportunity

Join us in sponsoring an afternoon fundraiser tea to benefit cancer charities and

local scholarships. Our Chari-Tea will benefit the Education Enrichment Council,

the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, and Pieter’s Pals.

Gold Sponsors $500

Gold sponsors will receive flagship sponsor recognition in all media materials. The gold sponsor logo can appear prominently on the back of the Chari-Tea T-shirt, if sponsorship and logo are secured prior to the April 1 deadline. The gold sponsor logo can appear on promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and the event program, and gold sponsors will be recognized from stage. The gold sponsors have the option to provide a banner for display. The gold sponsors will be given the opportunity to provide handouts (coupons, etc.) at the event entrance as each audience member enters. A door prize or silent auction donation is optional. Gold sponsors will receive two Chari-Tea T-shirts and two tickets and have the option of ordering more.

Silver Sponsors $250 + Door Prize Donation

The silver sponsor name can appear prominently on the back of the Chari-Tea T-shirt if sponsorship is secured by the April 1 deadline. The silver sponsor name can appear on promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and the event program, and silver sponsors will be recognized from stage. Silver sponsors will provide a minimum of one door prize or one silent auction item. Silver sponsors will receive one Chari-Tea T-shirt and one ticket and have the option of ordering more.

Bronze Sponsors $100 + Door Prize Donation

The bronze sponsor name can appear on the back on the Chari-Tea T-shirt if sponsorship is secured by the April 1 deadline. The bronze sponsor name can appear in the event program, and bronze sponsors will be recognized from stage. Bronze sponsors will provide a minimum of one door prize or one silent auction item. Bronze sponsors have the option of ordering Fashionology T-shirts and Chari-Tea tickets.
