P. E. Homework--To be done 3-5 days a week!!

To reach their maximum potential on the California State Physical Fitness Tests and to gain the greatest benefits of a healthy lifestyle each student MUSTdo 25-50 sit-ups, 25-50 push ups, 10-15minutes of continuous aerobic exercise (running or jumping rope)and drink 8 glasses of water for FULL credit. Students are encouraged to do the following optional exercises to improve strength and flexibility 1-5 pull ups(optional), 10-15 minutes of stretching(optional).

Parents are encouraged to join in. The more the merrier.

Please have your child write down any outside of school activities, team or individual sports they may do!!
