CO / Durango
DURNCOMA / 6-11-2010 / 330791 / 02237L1 / 32280H160 & 34344H160 / This project will replace 1876' of BHBH-100, 605' of AFAW-11 and 605' of AFAW-25 with 2754' of ANMW-100 along U S Highway 160; the cables will be relocated for a CDOT project. The before has a loop length of 8.164 KF, a resistance of 177.133 Ohms and a loss of 7.050 dB's. The after way will have a loop length of 8.376 KF, a resistance of 267.254 Ohms and a loss of 9.610 dB's.
This project will also replace 1725' of KFAW-54 with 2075' of KNAW-54 along the highway. The before has a loop length of 29.625 KF, a resistance of 974.662 and a loss of 36.050 dB's. The after will have a loop length of 29.940 KF, a resistance of 985.026 Ohms and a loss of 36.440 dB's.

A new DLC will be placed and 92 F2 workers will be cut out of the old SAI 51 S 100 West and into the new SAI. There are currently no circuits that will be adversely affected by this cutover. All existing circuits will continue to work.

The dB loss calculations for the individual copper cable sections are:

TACMWAFA / 6-10-2010 / 313002 / 02W2JU4 / 3535 E Roosevelt Ave / A Washington State road project requires relocation of Qwest facilities paralleling SR167 & I-5. This job will abandon 3,666' of F1 ADAC900 @ 28KHz-4.040 and place a new fiber fed RT, at 3535 E Roosevelt Ave, with placement of 4,692' F2 ANMW100 @ 28KHz=7.620 for a negetive change of +3.58dBloss. The furthest serving terminal affected by this relocation work is located 5.31Kf from the new RT/SAI. Although there is a negetive change in dB loss, the impacted circuits willl continue to work upon completion of this job.
