The New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police will be offering a “How to Enter the Law Enforcement Challenge” Workshop on February 25, 2014, at the Atlantic County Police Academy. Since there have been significant changes to the challenge program as well as to the application process, the workshop would be beneficial for both first time participants, and past participants of the Law Enforcement Challenge program.
Who should attend? This workshop is geared for the person responsible for completing the application. However, Chiefs and other supervisors are welcome to attend.
Instruction will be giving by both former and current Panel Judges from the New Jersey Chief’s Law Enforcement Challenge. Instructors will provide helpful tips and application procedures. Participants will receive a Step-by-Step overview to preparing a comprehensive Challenge application. Students are advised to download and review the “How to Guide” located on the NJSACOP website prior to the workshop.
