of this sheet. Any reserve over $500 is subject to approval by the Art Auction Committee.

*As an icebreaker and crowd-pleaser, the auction will feature “Five Easy Pieces,” works offered without any minimum reserve, the entire proceeds from which will benefit the Demuth Museum. The sale price realized on a piece, other than an artist’s own work, may be declared as a charitable donation. Artists and sellers wishing to offer one of their pieces above under these conditions must sign here:

Two-dimensional art must be framed, or matted with protective transparent covering, ready to hang. All unsolicited entries must be represented with 35mm slides or photographs, print or digital. Please return this application by mail, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of the photos. Digital photos may be emailed to . Because of limitations in storage space, artists and sellers may not bring art to the Museum for consideration unless they have been invited to do so.

My homeowner’s insurance covers my art. If my art is chosen for auction, I agree to its being exhibited beforehand, and I agree to pay a minimum 20% premium to the Demuth Museum on each work sold.
