NCTCA Conference
The NCTCA cordially invites any vendors to display product information at the 2014 Annual Spring Conference to be held Wednesday, April 9 thru Friday, April 11, 2014 at the Asheville Renaissance Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina. For room reservations please call the Asheville Renaissance Hotel at (828) 252-8211 and identify yourself as a NCTCA conference attendee. The rate is $139.00 plus tax. Reservations must be made by March 7, 2014.
The minimum vendor display charge is $700.00. The display fee includes one conference registration with tickets to all events; each additional person from your organization will require a vendor registration of $185.00. Vendors who do not require a booth and wish to participate in the conference will be required to pay a vendor registration fee of $300.00.
The committee also has available sponsorships of special events for the conference. Sponsorship entitles your name to be printed on all programs and recognition signs during the conference.

There will be a golf tournament on Tuesday, April 7th, 2014. See attached golf registration if interested.
Vendors will be allowed to begin set-up on Tuesday from 2:00pm – 9:00pm or Wednesday at 7:00am. Each vendor will have an assigned vendor booth on a first come first serve basis. Upon your arrival you will find your table labeled as to where you will be required to set up. Vendors who will require electrical, telephone or internet connection must complete the service request form that is attached. Payment for such service must be submitted with the service order form and sent to Asheville Renaissance Hotel by March 15, 2014. Please send this service directly to the hotel and not to the NCTCA.
Please note you will not be able to ship your package to the hotel due to storage.
Registration forms must be sent to the NCTCA and not to the hotel for processing.
