School Business Coordinator – Create London (across our Barking and Romford Hubs)

Salary range, £28,000 - £33,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our CREATE (Community, Recovery, Education, Assessment and Therapeutic Experience) Service, a parallel service running alongside our schools, for a School Business Coordinator.

We are an expanding private company; a Social Enterprise with an innovative approach to re-engaging pupils who have found themselves unable to thrive in mainstream and specialist settings.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious School Business Coordinator,to be a lead support business coordinator across our Barking and Romford Hubs to support us on our journey to sustained excellence and best practice.

Key requirementsfor the posts are:

  • Demonstrable outstanding administrative skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of finance, HR, facilities management, health and safety.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an education environment.
  • Demonstrable good judgement, emotional intelligence, commitment, reliability and integrity.
  • Experience in line management.
  • Willingness to travel across sites (Romford and Barking).
