BRIDGE BREAKFAST CLUB, AFTER SCHOOL CLUB AND HOLIDAY PLAY SCHEME

Bridge Holiday Club is open to all children aged 4-11 years in Primary School, regardless of which school they attend or whether they normally attend Bridge After School Club or Breakfast club.

Dates: TUESDAY 3rd April – FRIDAY 13TH APRIL

Hours: Full Day 8.30am-6.00pm

Half-day 8.30-1.00 (am) or 1:00-6:00 (pm)

Fees:

Full day:£26.00 per child (£23.50 for additional siblings)

Half day:£16.00 per child (£14.00 for additional siblings)

ON THE DAY BOOKING IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THIS PLAYSCHEME

Payment:Please make cheque payable to Bridge After School Club

Fees are non-refundable

Payment and bookings must be received no later than FRIDAY 23RD MARCH

If we cannot accommodate your request, we will contact you as soon as

possible.

Absences:Please phone and inform staff if your child is not attending on a reserved day.

Food:Lunch is not provided. Lunch time is at 12:15 pm, so if your child is attending a morning or full day, please provide a packed lunch and a drink (please include an ice pack!) Additional refreshments will be provided throughout the day. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY SWEETS, FIZZY DRINKS OR PRODUCTS IN CONTAINING NUTS OR SEEDS IN YOUR CHILDS LUNCH.

Programme of activities:

We have devised a programme of activities, with input from the children – please see table on reverse. Outdoor activities will be dependent on the weather. These activities are available for all children to participate in if they wish; however, we do not force any child to participate in these activities. Freely chosen play opportunities are available at all times throughout the day. If you have any additional suggestions, please let us know
