Vendors are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal requirements governing the sale and production of their products, and for acquiring the necessary permits and licenses. The following is a list of common permits and licenses required; however, it is not exhaustive. Please ensure that you meet the Oregon Department of Agriculture’s guidelines for market vendors.

Native American Vendors / The treaty rights of Native American vendors allows them to sell product without licensing. The vendor’s tribal identification card will need to be submitted with the application to confirm Native American status.
