2.  Electronic Meeting

This will be an electronic paperless meeting. LAN facilities will be provided. Participants are expected to bring in addition to their own computer equipment and peripherals, the following:

·  Wireless LAN card

·  Power converters ( if needed)

·  Plug adaptors for power

3.  Mains Power

Power in Fiji is 240 Volts 50 Hz, No other plugs than the type- I. will fit the sockets so make sure you bring the appropriate converter.

5.  Exchange

The Fijian Dollars (FJD) are the local currency. Most commonly accepted cards are American Express, Master Card and Visa.

6.  Airports and access to Suva

The easiest and quickest way of arriving into Suva is via a domestic flight. There multiple flights daily and timed to coincide with international arrivals for the purpose of transfer into Suva. Please contact your travel agent for details on schedule and pricing. Upon reaching the airport in Suva, there are Taxis at the airport that charge about FJ$40 to take you to the hotels in the City.
