[A] Issues in your horoscope
(1) Raahu in 5th house (not bad) but its owner (Shani) is wakri in 7th house & that too neech rashi. But it is in TUL navamansh(uchcha). Guru is in Scorpio but it is in Leo navamansh. The panchamesh Shani is in anshtmak pratiyog with Mars cuasing issues. Even if conceived it would have been problematic before.
(2) Panchamesh from Moon (Mercury) is also wakri and is MOOL nakshatra but it is in Dhanu and Guru is itws owner so point (3) will apply more
(3) Currently Guru is in Libra and aspecting your Saturn (pancmesh) this is Poshak to santati BUT from Oct 25th Guru will be in Scorpio and will go over your Guru in patrika. This is the BEST yog for Santati. So I am sure 2007 would be a very good for Sanati yog.
(4) Even 2008 when Guru would go over Mercury & also aspect Shani, it is also a VERY good yog but lesser than 2007 as Guru goes over Guru.
[B] Your wife
(1) Not as many issues w.r.t sanati in my opinion. Only thing is that panchamesh Mangal is in 8th hosue in neech raashi & navamansh also shows a bit of issues as it is again pachmesh in navamansh and again in 8th hosue with Saturn and Raahu.
(2) Currently Saturn is going ove this so until Oct 2007 Saturn would be in kirk, until then is conceived need to be VERY careful ini preganncy. No risks should be taken and regular checks should be done even everythign is OK as per Doctor.
(3) I am sure Guru changing in Oct 2006 & now aspecting her Mars would help w.r.t delivery. Following upaay will surely help.
(a) Visit DattaGuru temple on every Thursday with your spouse; Thursday Fast
(b) Namsmaran:: Shri Sachchidanand Sainath Maharaj ki Jay every day 21 times (3 or 5 times a day); Read Gurucharitra
(c) Wear Pushkaraaj (both you and your spouse **if you can and want to spend money** else not a compulsion. Also wear Moti (100% for your wife as man"shanti required for delivery)

Prakruti che thodefar tras howu shakatat. Naak, Kaan, ghasa, Dole ani khanyachya babatit. Mamachya (Aaichya) relatives madhye thodeshi khalbal howu shakate. She can wear Lasanya as Ketu is VERY close to Venus in the horoscope. But Shukra dhanu lagna ani meen rashila is not raajyogkarak etc tyamule thode adhikar etc milale nahit tarihi overall materilisticlabh whayala kahich harakat nahi.
Deedam
Mahadasha wise you are both ok as Guru for him from 2000 and Shukra for you from 2007. So both are fine.

Ardhawat knowledge wichitra asate..Specially don't analyse such sensitive issues in your horoscopes..we are always blind to soome or other issues in our own horoscopes. I can NEVER analyse my son's horoscope with a nuetral angle...I just can't!!
Panchamesh 8th madhye asel ani even rashit asel (2, 4, 6, 8 etc) tar pahili mulagi hote. Itis not bad. Yes if 8th house planet is aspected by Shani/Raahu etc then it would increase issues. Also Santati sathi: Santati karak GURU is the MOST imp factor. Panchameshane dilele verdict ulate karaychi "presidential" power ahe Santati-Karak GURU madhye. Ani Guru warun, pachameshavarun Gochar Guru jatanna baryachada MAGIC hote....
So don't keep "kintu"/"parantu" in your mind about any pachamesh/neech etc. Neechetala Makar madhala guru ulat bharapur sanati dewu shakato karan CHAR rashit kuthalahi graha BALAWANACH asato. Tul Guru walyanna bharapur ani changali santati zhalelei adhalate te ugach nahi. Similarly tumachya bayakocha mangal la CHAR rashit (Kirk) madhye ahe.

(1) Tumacha Pachamesh Shani Wakri in Mesh (neech) ahe. Navamanshat to uchcha asala tarihi Raahu barobar ahe. Shani is also pratiyog to Mars. So santati late ani kami whayacha root cause ahe.
(2) Sadhya Guruwarun guru jat ahe tyamule tumhala changalch chance ahe Santaticha(Share market & land sathihi barach changala ahe). Also,
(3)This guru is 9th to your wife's moon and also aspecting Mangal which is Pachamesh in 8th house.
So after July 2007 when Shani moves away from your wife's Mars, there is a good chance of Santati.
Tumachya patrikekade baghun, kanya santaticha yog watatoy mala.
Magachya posts pramane Guru upasana, Puja, Namsmaran chalu thewa.
Mala watate Pahilya santatichya horoscope varun pudhachya santatiche shakyata/swaroop etc tharawata yeil. Your (both) horoscopes & especially your horoscope is a bit difficult to predict # of Santatis.
