We would like to invite you take part in the Woburn & Wavendon “Lions” annual 6 a-side tournament (our 34th year of running the event) on Saturday July 1st and Sunday July 2rd, 2017.
This year’s tournament will comprise of U7 to U15 age groups, the U7 event will be non-competitive and they will play 7 a-side, with all players receiving a medal at the end. All other age groups (U8 – U15) will play 6 a-side competition rules. (Maximum of 10 players per team) Teams will be in groups of 6 and therefore will play a minimum of five games in either the morning or afternoon sessions. Teams will play in a Cup competition format only. Qualified and League affiliated referees will officiate in all games.

Confirmation of entry will be advised via email, upon receipt of completed entry form and full payment of the tournament entry fee. Tournament rules and further information details, will be sent to all entrants at the end of May 2017.
Please find attached an entry form for you to complete, places will be allotted on a first come first serve basis. The popularity of the tournament continues to grow, in recent years we have found almost all places are booked by late February, so please book early to ensure you have a place and avoid disappointment.
