Minutes of the meeting of the KING GEORGE V PLAYING FIELD TRUSTEES held on Tuesday 21st October 2014 at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall.
PRESENT:- Trustees Mr. Hope (Chairman), Mrs. Fraser, Mr. Hurst, Mr. Keech, Mr. Langley, Mrs. Palmer, Mrs. Shrimpton, Mrs. Simms Ms. Simons, Mr. Sparrow, Borough Cllr. Walker, the Clerk, Mrs. Paice, and 0 members of the public

4. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING:-
The minutes of the meeting held on 16th September 2014, which had been circulated, were approved by those present and signed by the Chairman.
5. CLERK’S REPORT:-
Play equipment – new equipment had been installed by contractor 21.10.14.
6. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:- none
7. PLAYING FIELD:-
a) proposal to construct new Village Hall on Playing Field
Mr. Sparrow reported that the next meeting was 23.10.14.
b) additional grass cutting
Colts had requested Field be cut later in the year. Last cut was scheduled for end of October and additional cuts would cost £75 + VAT.
Proposed by Mr. Keech, seconded by Mr. Hurst that one additional cut be carried out in November.
