Centennial Hall relies on students to process accurate ticket sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our Box Office. Students also seat the thousands of guests that enter the theatre on a nightly basis as our Ushers. Quite often it is our student staff that will represent the initial image of our organization as they welcome our artists and guests. Because of this responsibility, management expects the highest standards of work ethics from our student staff.
We encourage you to read all the job descriptions and then determine which position interests you the most. No experience is necessary for any position, but be sure to review the information on this page so that you are clear about expectations. All students, new or returning, must be available to attend orientation in September. If you cannot attend or do not complete the orientation process, you will not be considered for employment with Centennial Hall this season.

q Box Office: Looking for positive, friendly, upbeat, outgoing and responsible students with excellent communication skills who are able to work in a team environment with a focus on excellent customer service for ticket sales over the phone and in person. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, bilingual preferred but not required and team-oriented. Archtics experience is a plus. Available any days Monday thru Friday 10am-2pm, weekends, holidays and evenings for shows. Contact for details.
q Ushers: Ushers come to the performance space 1½ hours prior to curtain time and stay until about an hour after the performance is over. Ushers greet and assist guests, sell merchandise, and are responsible for executing emergency protocols when necessary. Students sign up for performances when they’re available and are scheduled based on that information. Contact for details.
