JoAnna Gisch made motion to approve December 2006 minutes, along with necessary changes and Carolyn Ottoson secondedthe motion.
Treasurer’s Report – no treasure’s report was given.
Committee Reports
o Tuition Assistance – Kina & Yvonne: Voted on the involvement of staff council assisting with the Student Employee of the Year Banquet. Yvonne made the motion and Jack seconded. .
o Staff Appreciation – Carolyn: Discussed the spring “I Caught You Caring Campaign.” Reviewed handout Carolyn provided and noted some changes to this campaign compared to last years. Fred will distribute fliers to all staff at safety meeting. Jack and Carolyn will be responsible for picking up nomination letters on Friday’s from the physical plant, boiler plant, and JBK.
o Public Relations – Michael:
o Elections – Marga: Shelly McCune and Gail Hall were appointed to staff council in place of Lora Haasl and Adrea Anstey.
