You will also need to cover relevant regulatory news, and to get involved with data analysis.

You will be expected to contribute regular daily news items for our extremely busy website, as well as longer, analytical pieces and occasional features for supplements. This includes proofreading and the addition of supporting data in tables, graphs and interactive dashboards.

You will use our existing network of contacts to generate original material, and will be expected to build on this existing list of contacts. The Public Ledger subscribers expect original and exclusive news, and the ability to seek out stories and tell subscribers how they will be affected before anyone else is paramount.

Market reporters are also expected to engage with web analytics to ensure their stories reach the maximum number of readers, as well as supporting our presence in social media.
