  1. Budget Review
  2. The accounts are in good standing. The money for membership dues is not far from what was budgeted. Despite this very small margin we have allotted more money in other areas, in which spending has not come close to that amount.
  1. Scheduling Update
  2. 139 meets for 2014-2015 season
  3. 117 Members
  4. As of 11/11/14 meets have been scheduled to 12/11/14
  5. 5 meets declined for 2014-2015 due to Saturdays overbooked or Outstate at poor times
  6. Lakeville North, Lakeview, Tracy, Alexandria, New London Spicer
  1. Process for SJ quick ratings of officials
  2. Expressed communication notification out to officials with new process for rating officials from each meet within JAM. The Half Sheet Document was discussed in length at both trainings and we feel as a Core Group does not need to be sent out in full once again. Perhaps a reminder if the ratings are not present in email after meet.
  1. Process/Template for members and assignments
  2. JAM members should keep record of their own meets and mileage for Level Promotions. There was discussion about a Mileage Incentive Program with gift cards given to the highest mileage amongst officials.
