SUGGESTED METHOD FOR USES

PLACE THE COMPONENT IN A SUITABLY SIZED BOX AND FILL THE BOX WITH BETA NO1 WITH ENOUGH POWDER TO COVER THE WORKPIECE.

PLACE IN AN OVEN AT 600-700 CENTIGRADE. FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS.

ALTERNATIVELY HEAT THE COMPONENT TO A DULL RED HEAT AND ROLL IT IN THE POWDER UNTIL IT IS UNIFORMLY COATED. THIS METHOD IS NOT AS EFFECTIVE AS THE OVEN METHOD SO YOU MAY NEED TO REPEAT THE PROCESS TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS.
