14 October 1888, writer, changed her name to Katherine Mansfield
One of the most important writers of English Literature of the 20th century
She wrote short stories. In the first one, which was called Julieta, she described her thoughts and feelings in detail, extraordinary work for a young girl
This surprised them because they initially thought she was slow, due to a lack of interest in her studies.

Question Two

Her father sent her there when she turned 15, following the tradition of colonial families, to complete her secondary schooling
