Delivery Site: Padmount Transformers to be delivered FOB Loading Dock Destination, Freight Prepaid & Allowed to Seattle City Light warehouse yard at 3613 4th Ave. S., Seattle, WA or to an alternate site within ten (10) mile radius of said address. Site is truck accessible. Vendor shall notify Seattle City Light warehouse at (206) 386-1736 at least twenty-four to forty eight (24-48 hours) prior to delivery. Delivery times must be during normal Seattle City Light crew work hours of 8AM – 3PM on weekdays and non-holidays only.
Loss Data and Invoicing: The vendor is required to provide a method for tracking the cost of the item to the City, with the City discount calculation displayed so that pricing discounts can be easily tracked and verified by the City with each invoice. Transformer test data (loss data) shall be submitted to Seattle City Light with the invoicing for each transformer. Invoices shall be submitted to Seattle City Light, Accounts Payable, 700 – 5th AVE #3300, PO BOX 34023, Seattle, WA 98124-4023.
Expansion Clause: Any resultant contract may be expanded as mutually agreed, if such expansion is approved by the City Buyer. The only person authorized to make such agreements is the Buyer from the City Purchasing Office of the Department of Executive Administration, City of Seattle. No other City employee is authorized to make such written notices. Expansions must be issued in writing from the City Buyer in a formal notice.
Warranty: Warranty coverage includes coverage for defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period will be eighteen (18) months from the date of notification of readiness of shipment, or twelve (12) months from date of first use by the City of Seattle, whichever date occurs first. The warranty covers repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion. Warranty shall not include any in and out charges. Vendor will work with SCL due to the delay from when transformer is shipped and when it is inspected.
Drawings: Approval drawings will be submitted within four (4) weeks ARO. Production of new designs to begin within6-8 weeks or return of approval drawings. Test results to be emailed each day of testing.

INTERLOCAL: The City of Seattle has entered into Interlocal Agreements with other governmental agencies pursuant to RCW39.34, in lieu of those agencies conducting a separate competitive bid. Vendor agrees to provide these products to such agencies.
PRICING firm through 12/31/2008. Thereafter, price increases based upon increases in raw material costs will be based on the following indices. Vendor will reduce prices if the price of the same raw materials were to drop instead of increase.
