CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Yocum called the meeting to order at 1:50 p.m.
REVIEW OF MINUTES
The Board reviewed the minutes from the November 16, 2006 meeting, Mr. Carey made a motion to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Mr. Paterson. The motion was unanimously carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A motion was made by Mr. Patterson to send letters giving 90 days to the licensee’s whose audits were pended. Those that have not responded at all will be scheduled for a hearing for the April 19, 2007 meeting. The motion was seconded by Ms. Stehle and carried unanimously.

The motion was made by Mr. Patterson to approve Hugh Cantler for a Temporary Massage Technician license which was seconded by Mr. Carey and carried unanimously.

Request for Continuing Education Extention
Mr. Patterson made a motion to approve the extension for continuing education for Lisa Kniceley. The Board advised Ms. Fields to send Ms. Kniceley a letter advising her to read the statute, that she will have to pay a late fee, and to get the information in as soon as possible. The motion was seconded by Ms. Verdery and carried unanimously.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Mr. Carey nominated Mr. Patterson for President of the Board. Mr. Patterson nominated Mr. Carey for Vice President. Mr. Carey nominated Ms. Stehl for Secretary and Ms. Stehl nominated Mrs. Langston. Ms. Stehl accepted the nomination. Ms. Verdery made a motion to close the nominations and accept the election of officers and was seconded by Mrs. Langston and carried unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD (for discussion only)
Ms. Fields advised she has been working on updating the Approved Continued Education list and has completed it to date and will be posting it on the website.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Ms. Leach and Ms. Zachariah attended this meeting to get the status of their application and to find out when their license would be issued out.
NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at1:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, second floor of the CannonBuilding, 861 Silver Lake Boulevard, Dover, Delaware.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Ms. Stehle made a motion, seconded by Mr. Careyto adjourn the meeting at 2:30 pm. The motion was unanimously carried.
