We recommend printing or saving these instructions before continuing.

Step 1: Go to the James Johnson Insurance Agency website: www.jjiainc.com

Step 2: Click on “ISF Bond” under “Bond Programs and Applications”.

  1. Enter the importer number into the first field by clicking on “find” directly below the field box. A search window will open. Type in the importer number using this format XX-XXXXXXX00 then click on the “Search” button. A new window will appear containing the importer information. (If you are issuing a bond for a new importer click on “New Importer” to add the importer to the system and complete an automated underwriting evaluation.)

2.1.  View the importer information on the screen and verify that the address is correct.

2.2.  If the importer address is not correct click on the edit pencil in the far left column to update the importer information, and then click “Update”. If there is no edit pencil visible contact James Johnson Insurance Agency for assistance.

2.3.  Click on the importer number and the importer information will transfer over to the ISF STB screen.
