Registration deadline: Friday, November 21st
Please submit a list of selected participants from your schoolto the email below by Friday, Nov. 21st, 2014. This early deadline helps us identify and commit our students early so they can have the conference music before heading into the winter break.
Medical Forms
All honor choir participants must have a medical form filled out and notarized before they can participate in the conference. This is a policy set by the National ACDA Office. Teresa Doty from Glenville State College has graciously volunteered to serve as a notary for our students. She will be available to notarize the forms at the conference. Thank you so much, Teresa.
