Healthy Food/Snack Options

  • Fresh fruit for all employees bought weekly and available in the break room.
  • .25/piece to help fund this benefit

Weight Watchers

  • Certco pays half of the entry fee for employee and spouse. Price changes with Weight Watchers specials.
  • Weekly meetings onsite. Other locations and times are available on if you can’t make it.
  • Employees can get paid for their weight loss according to the Certco Inc. WLC rules (i.e. lose 5% of weight get $50)

Weight Loss Challenge

  • Lose 5% of your total body weight earn $50
  • Lose 5% within the first 6 mos and keep it off until final weigh-in you will receive an additional $50
  • For each additional 1% of weight lost you will earn an additional $10. This is paid out at 6 mos and at the end of the year
  • The employee who lost the greatest percentage of total weight after 1 year will receive an additional $100

Run/Walks

  • Certco pays registration fees for all employees plus 1 dependent for numerous run/walks in and around the Madison area.

Tobacco Cessation Policy

  • Supplies Nicorette gum
  • Supplies the 3 step Nicoderm Patch
  • Certco reimburses employees 100% for acupuncture sessions
  • Certco reimburses employees 100% for laser sessions
  • Certco pays charges for doctor office visits
  • Certco pays for prescription and non prescription smoking deterrent medications

Health Risk Assessment

  • Company paid, yearly blood test that test for diabetes, cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, stress management. This program takes steps towards assisting employees with lifestyle changes for successful weight loss, better nutrition and personalized fitness.
  • Everyone is asked to fast 10-12 hours prior to appointment to ensure accurate results
  • Results are posted conveniently online within 48 hours
  • Employees unable to make appointments can call the Interactive Health Solutions 800 number and schedule an appointment at an offsite location.

**Yearly Health Risk Assessment is mandatory if you want to continue to receive company fully funded health care. If not you will pay 20% of the COBRA rate.
