A BENEFIT FOR
This fund raiser will celebrate Happy Tails’ 35 Years of Rescue, which began in
1982 when founder Jeanne Bones started rescuing and sheltering cats and kittens.
SATURDAY, JULY 22, 2017 ~ 5 - 8 PM (Registration begins at 4:30)
At the AMERICAN-CROATION LODGE
34900 Lakeshore Blvd (at Route 91), Eastlake, OH 44095
FAMILY-STYLE DINNER (served at 6 pm) INCLUDES: chicken schnitzel, roast beef,
pasta primavera, green beans almandine, mashed potatoes, salad, rolls & butter, and dessert.
(Coffee, tea & soft drinks are also included.) Cash bar (no credit cards or checks) for alcoholic beverages.
The event will also include a raffle, auction items, and more, to help pay for the sanctuary’s general and special needs, such as for “The 3 Amigos,” one-year-old blind kitties (pictured) rescued from a trash-strewn lot. Sick and splattered with tar when found, they have been nursed back to health and are lively, affectionate, boys. Sometimes, though, they need care for a chronic viral eye condition, and may need surgery in the future to prevent painful optic nerve deterioration.
