032To record Declaration of Interest – In accordance with the Code of Conduct which was adopted by Rawcliffe Parish Council on 27th June 2012 and amended on 26th September 2012. Any member must declare an interest and identify the Agenda item which they think they may have an interest in according to the Declaration of Members Interest and the type of interest being declared.

ERYC – inform the Parish Council of temporary prohibition of through traffic at Rawcliffe Station Level Crossing Wednesday 21st February 2018 at 22.30pm until Thursday 22nd February 2018 at 05.15am
J. Punton & Son – have a community magazine and wish to know the events taking place in Rawcliffe over March, April & May.
ERYC – have forwarded their Safeguarding Adults Board Newsletter.
Graham Henderson – has written to the Chief Executive of ERYC complaining that the footpath going east from the village of Rawcliffe Bridge to gain access to Oakhill Nature Reserve is in an unsatisfactory condition.
Snaith & Cowick Town Council invite members of the Parish Council to the Freedom of Snaith Ceremony & Service on 29th April 2018.
Letters have been received from Rawcliffe School – from Harry and Sophia D thanking the Parish Council for contributing towards the butterfly trail in memory of the Holocaust.

North Marshlands Community Led Crime Action Plan – a meeting has been booked in Snaith Community Sports Hall 6.30 to 8pm on Tuesday 27th March 2018.
ERYC Road Traffic Regulation Act. Rawcliffe Station Level Crossing will be closed from Wednesday 21st February at 19.15pm until Thursday 22nd February at 04.45am.
A copy letter has been received from Mr. G. Henderson who contacted Alan Menzies, Director of Planning and Economic Regeneration regarding the Pedestrian and Cycle Links from Rawcliffe Bridge to Goole.
