JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Understanding the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure, culture, job requirements, laying special focus on Job Description & Specification.
- Preparation of Job Description
- Sourcing of candidates using appropriate tools using job portals and other search engines.
- Effective Client/Candidate management:
- Maintain Timelines
- Manage coordination of interviews
- Manage complete recruitment cycle including reference checks and hand-holding of candidates post joining.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysing talent trends in the industry giving inputs
- Understanding client brief and sourcing potential candidates
- Handling complete recruitment life cycle – from understanding of client requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc.
- Sourcing profiles / resumes through multiple sources (head hunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.).
- Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement
- Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up
- Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
- Assist in Business Development initiatives
