JOB SPECIFICATION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Understanding the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure, culture, job requirements, laying special focus on Job Description & Specification.
  2. Preparation of Job Description
  3. Sourcing of candidates using appropriate tools using job portals and other search engines.
  4. Effective Client/Candidate management:
  • Maintain Timelines
  • Manage coordination of interviews
  1. Manage complete recruitment cycle including reference checks and hand-holding of candidates post joining.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysing talent trends in the industry giving inputs
  • Understanding client brief and sourcing potential candidates
  • Handling complete recruitment life cycle – from understanding of client requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc.
  • Sourcing profiles / resumes through multiple sources (head hunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.).
  • Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement
  • Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up
  • Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
  • Assist in Business Development initiatives

Salary / CTC: 2.5 LPA + Incentives

Eligibility Criteria: 50%+ through academics

Branches of Engineering & MBA Allowed:

Has to be B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / Info Science / EEE / other) and MBA- HR / MBA- Marketing / Other
