Shingle Roof Proposal / Contract
We propose to furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision and insurance to complete the following scope of work at the above address. The work in this proposal will be installed in compliance with the Florida Hurricane Mitigation Retrofit Requirements passed by the Florida Legislature and enforced by the Building Inspections Department.
1) Remove existing roof and metal flashing down to the existing wood deck. Sweep the roof deck free of dust and debris.
2) We inspect and replace any dry rot or damaged wood as follows: (two sheets deck sheathing are included in this proposal)
* Wood Decking @ $75.00 per sheet * Fascia @ $10 per LF * Rafters @ $20 per LF * Soffit @ $10 per SF
3) Strengthen and/or correct roof deck attachments and fasteners per Florida Building Code.
4) Install new metal drip edge at the roof perimeter and install new valley metal: _____ feet valley metal _____ no valleys
5) Install new lead boots and skirts at plumbing pipes through roof:

10) Complete clean up of roofing materials and rooftop debris.

12) Affordable Contracting warranties the work performed in this proposal for a period of 10 years against roof leaks due to defective workmanship and/or materials. Atlas Roofing Corporation provides a 25 or 35 year limited warranty against defective materials.
