SPX is pleased to announce that we have implemented a Collaborative Web –based Order Management tool called E2Open (link). Our business directive requires our supply base to participate in this new order management process.

Supplier Impacts and Responsibilities

The new solution changes how SPX provides Discrete Orders to your organization and how SPX receives your Order Responses, Advance Ship Notices, and Invoices.

Key Advantages in using this tool:

· Streamlines the procurement to pay process with an exception management approach

· Synchronizes and automates the order management process with timely end to end visibility

· Reduces errors, lowers inventory levels and improves delivery performance

How to get started:

1. Confirm your organization’s interest by signing below and returning your confirmation to us via email.

2. Announce the initiative to your organization and list names, email addresses and titles of the 1-2 people who will be primarily responsible for handling SPX’s account, (form provided on pg. 2 of this document)

3. Return completed document to the buyer assigned to your account

4. Once your buyer receives the information, an SPX assigned date or a mutual go-live date will be set.

5. Additional training information may be sent to the intended users via email. Training documents can also be found on our web site: http://suppliers.otctools.com/spx-purchasing-process/e2open-order-management/

6. Users will be sent two emails from E2Open (), one containing the sight address and one containing the users initial password.
