Line Dancing
Join other dancers and learn some fun Line Dances or just come for the great exercise! In our Line Dancing class we teach many different line dances with a variety of music. And you never need a partner in Line Dancing classbut feel free to bring along some friends and have a lot of fun. Plus, you get exercise without realizing you are actually exercising.

Pee Wee Sports (3-5 year olds)
YMCA Pee Wee sports classes focus on the physical and social development of your youngest athletes. Participants will be introduced to the basic skills of various sports. Parent participation is required.

Weight Loss Challenge
Grab your partner and get ready to look and feel better. Whether you are trying to lose 5 or 50 pounds, we can help you achieve your goals in our 8 week Weight Loss Challenge. Program will cover how to set realistic weight loss goals, cook and enjoy delicious, balanced meals, incorporate simple activity into your daily routine and lose pounds and inches while gaining energy and confidence. The challenge will consist of teams of two people with the winner being the team who loses the largest percentage of weight. Persons may register as a team or as an individual. Those registered as an individual will be partnered with another participant. Pick up a registration form at the Martin Luther King Center or download from our facebook page. Youth Halloween Party
Calling all pirates, ballerinas and superhero’s! Don’s miss out on our annual Halloween Party. Snacks and games and candy too, all of this planned just for you. Kids are encouraged to wear their costumes as there will be a costume contest. Party will be held at the Martin Luther King Community Center. Registration will begin on September 18th and is limited to 50 kids.

Breakfast with Santa
Bring the kids and celebrate the magic of the season. This event is open to all Steubenville youth age 0-12 years old. Event will be held at Froehlich’s Classic Corner and will include breakfast, visit with Santa and even a special gift. This special event is limited to 50 people so early registration is encouraged and limited to two adults per family. Registration will begin November 27th

Christmas Drop & Shop
Drop N’ Shop is a great time for parents to tie up all the loose ends before the holidays are here. Get your holiday shopping done before it’s too late! Children age 4-9 years old can be dropped off at the Belleview Clubhouse while you go and shop. While you’re finalizing every last detail for the perfect holiday season your kids will have fun participating in an array of activities, which include arts/crafts, popcorn and a movie, a pizza lunch and so much more. Children should come in tennis shoes and play clothes.

Letters to Santa
Children fill out our Letter to Santa form and receive a personalized letter back. Forms can be picked up at the Martin Luther King Center or Steubenville City building beginning November 1st. Forms must be turned in by December 8th and is limited to City of Steubenvile residents only.
New Year’s Day Polar Bear Dash 5K
Join us on Monday, January 1st for our first annual Polar Bear Dash 5K. Race will be held at Belleview Park starting at 11:00am. Fee for the 5K is $15 if registered prior to December 1st and $20 from December 1st – January 1st. Participants will receive a goodie bag, finishers medal and race shirt. Please note: Registrations after December 17th are not guaranteed a shirt and will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis on race day. Room Rentals
Did you know that you can rent one of our shelters or the Belleview Clubhouse for parties and meetings? Our facility is excellent for business meetings, luncheons, baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties. Call the recreation department for information and reservations.
