On your JAS Server

1.  Verify the windows firewall is off.

2.  Verify adobe reader is installed

3.  Obtain or download the following software components….

Jrockit-jdk1.6*

smha_setup.exe – Your server manager agent version

wls1035_generic.jar – With 9.1.3.x you can now use wls1036 if desired

Install JRockit – Right Click – Run as admin

Remove “Program Files” in the path – just go right to Java directory

Remove “Program Files” in the path – just go right to Java directory

Install WebLogic Server 10.3.5.0

1.  Run theWebLogic Server installer – Open Command prompt as Administrator

2.  On Welcome, click the Next button.

3.  Select NEXT

4. Enter email address and password:

Email:

Password:

5. Select the Typical option

Click Browse, go to location and click select:

6. Select NEXT

7. Select NEXT

8. Select Next

10. Select ALL USERS and NEXT

1. Select NEXT

Leave “Run Quickstart” checked and select DONE

Using QuickStart to Configure WebLogic Server

You can use QuickStart to create a starter domain using the Configuration Wizard. These instructions guide you

in the creation of a domain for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

If you selected the Run Quickstart checkbox on the Installation Complete menu of the installer, QuickStart

is automatically launched.

To manually launch the QuickStart configuration wizard, run this executable:

<WM_HOME>utils\quickstart\quickstart.cmd

1. On the QuickStart links panel, select this link:

Getting started

Select production, make sure available JDKs toggle button is selected, and highlight Jrockit selection

Click Next

Click Next

Click Add

Click Next

You will receive a command prompt that will prompt you for username and password:

http://servername:7001/console

Start the weblogic console:

Install Node Manager Service

Autostart web instances:

Start CMD prompt as admin:

java weblogic.WLST – make sure the “WLST” is uppercase

Type: connect('weblogic','yourpassword','t3://localhost:7001')

storeUserConfig('C:/UserConfig.secure','C:/UserKey.secure’)

Move the new files somewhere you remember:

Create a ServerStart.cmd file and edit the contents to look like below: Place the file here - x:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\E1_Apps:

Create a ServerStart.py file and edit the contents to look like below: Place this file also in x:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\E1_Apps

nmGenBootStartupProps(‘YourServer')

Start NodeManager Service:

http://localhost:7001/console

Click “Lock & Edit”

Click “Domain”

Open Advanced Tab:

Reboot Server and validate all environments autostart.
