1 Purpose

3Procedure Description

3.1Requests for posting and updating information to the OASIS system.

  • Transmission Owners may request MISOIT to post documentation on their TO OASIS Page. These request shall be sent to *Webmaster with a copy (CC) to *Tariff Administration. Requests to post transmission owner rate data shall be sent with a CC to *
  • The data request shall include the following data elements
  • Title for the requested posting
  • Posting Location
  • Description of data to beposted
  • Attached document or data in the form that TO wants it posted
  • All data must be contained within or attached to the email. Redirection to a separate location is not a valid communication method.
  • Anticipated timing for the posting
  • Whether the request is an emergency request
  • Additional formatting requests (e.g. datestamps) may be included in the request and will be accommodated if possible.
  • If the request to *Webmaster has been received during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 0800-500 EST), the requested data or document(s) will be posted as follows:
  • For requests received prior to 3 PM EST, the request will be posted within 24 hours
  • For requests received after 3 PM, the request will be posted within 48 hours.
  • If the request to *Webmaster has been receivedoutsideduring normal business hours (Monday – Friday 0800-500 EST), the request will be posted within 24 hours of the next business day.
  • If the posting is of an emergency matter, the TO must call IT NOC at 866-296-6476 requesting the document to be posted outside the regular business.
  • This phone call shall take place after the email request has been sent.
