AmeriCorps College Access members will have a rigorous mentoring schedule. It is important that in considering the decision to submit this application that a few things are taken into account: the amount of time that will be spent in classes, student organization involvement and time needed to study. Corps members will spend 15-20 hours per weekin the fall and spring semesters working towards their 300 hour goal. Below is an example of what a typical week may look like for a corps member. We suggest that you create your own mock schedule to determine how this program will fit into your schedule.
