Information:

- Rent must only be paid by credit card at the time of check-in or check-out. Payment can be done at any time at the accommodation office.

- Room has to be cancelled no later than 6 pm, on the day before arrival.

- Guest will be charged SEK 500 for room that has not been cancelled.
- Opening hours for the Accommodation office are Monday-Friday 7 am to 8 pm. At other times, please contact Ringhals Main Switch Board, phone +46-340-667000..

- You can collect your keys outside office hours from the information desk, located near the accommodation office.

- The information desk cannot deal with any amendments/complaints concerning the rooms.

- Check in after 1 pm, on the day of arrival.

- Check out no later than 11 am, on the day of departure.
